12:30 PM – Begin sorting through our belongings to move out by Oct 7

The Downstairs Living Room

They slid our now mold-infested rug over the floorboards in the living room to cover nails that were still sticking out of the floor for nearly a month. Robert Soto of Ameriflood Environmental recommended that our belongings be fogged and cleaned with a HEPA vacuum. Below are videos of Coastline’s promised “professional cleaning” that never took place.

Coastline completely destroyed our printer.

Coastline didn’t vacuum the dust, mold, and debris. Tore open our couch presumably while piling our belongings against the walls

Swabs turned black rubbed against printer in the living room and along the top of the blinds.

Dirty work rags left behind on our belongings and baby stuff.

Vacuum absolutely covered in the filth of the entire mold incident. Destroyed.

Black couch turned white with mold, printer and computer destroyed, and most items in kitchen destroyed.

Upstairs Bathroom

Staples strewn about the floor in the upstairs bathroom and a duct-taped carpet covering floorboards and nails on way to toilet and shower

Finally gained access to the toilet and shower. Coastline wrote in black marker on our bathroom walls, the toilet is covered in mold and a hanging white towel had turned black.

1:22 PM – Outside of our unit

Moldy pipes in parking garage under our car that caused permanent paint damage.

Leaking and flooded laundry room on premises but nobody is there to fix it because Coastline illegally removed the on-site apartment manager.
