2:09 PM – “Watch your step” garbage bag laid down over bare nails on way to toilet and shower. Seven-month-pregnant Veronica forced to hurdle hazards to access toilet, and Jimmy Ordaz would soon tell us that upturned nails and exposed mold do not make an apartment unliveable by law.

7:42 PM – Finally but too late. Zero-pressure containment to remediate mold performed by Najera Environmental.

7:42 PM – Najera Environmental told Coastline to tell us to remove our belongings before remediation. Coastline never relayed the message, so Najera Environmental carelessly piled our belongings on top of each other. Destroyed many items including a laptop computer.

12:24 PM – Abandoned dehumidifier atop shoddy carpet cover-up and exposed nails. Coastline used our own rug to cover up exposed floorboards and nails.

1:30 PM – Printer after Coastline’s promised professional cleaning of our belongings never occurred. Top of printer never found.
