Visit the apartment twice to empty dehumidifier wastewater bucket. Call Coastline and Citizen Beach Collection numbers again to leave voicemail. Never called back. No work done in the unit. Ceiling and bathroom still ripped open with nails and wires sticking out. Mold spores have settled all over apartment on our belongings.
Urgent email to Gloria Camou, our off-site apartment manager who we’ve never met, goes completely ignored. Our $389.51 hotel plus $36 hotel parking fee is never discussed or reimbursed.
