9:03 AM – Coastline alerted to leak that would eventually expose toxic mold
Veronica submits a work order for the leak in the bathroom via Coastline’s Online Portal hoping to be at the top of the inbox when Coastline’s executives finally return to the office.
Coastline removed our on-site manager, the emergency line has proven itself useless outside of business hours, and we’ve never met our off-site apartment manager Gloria Camou. This is the only form of communication we have for the budding emergency.
Veronica notes that the wet spot in the bathroom is getting larger by the day.
